• 20h00 – Welcome cocktail at Vivamarinha Hotel Bar (casual) and posting of draw for 1st round & 2nd round

Saturday 3rd of October 2009 - 1st & 2nd round

• 07h50 to 09h30 – Starting times Oitavos Dunes1st round
• 12h00 – Lunch in Clubhouse Restaurant (drinks included)
• 13h00 to 14h40 – Starting times Oitavos Dunes 2nd round
• 21h00 – Draw for 3rd & 4th round

Sunday 4th of October 2009 - 3rd & 4th round

• 07h50 to 09h30 – Starting times Oitavos Dunes 3rd round
• 12h00 – Lunch in Clubhouse Restaurant (drinks included)
• 13h00 to 14h40 – Starting times Oitavos Dunes 4th round
• 21h00 – Gala Dinner and Awards Presentation at Clubhouse (smart casual)

- Individual - Medal

Max.Handicap:

- Men & Ladies 9,9

Tees Men:

- White = 6.303 meters ( 6.935 yards )

Tees Ladies:

- Blue = 5.280 meters ( 5.808 yards )

• The Player with the best medal result after 4 rounds will be the Oitavos Dunes Links Classic Champion 2009 and will be invited for the 2010 event.
• Ties - leading players will play a play-off hole at the short game area.
• Longest Drive and nearest the Pin will take place during the 4th round.
• Prizes - 1st, 2nd & 3rd Gross; 1st, 2nd & 3rd Nett
